'KAARTHIK' HEAT TRANSFER’ is a manufacturer of Heat Exchangers and Pressure vessels based in Chennai, Tamil nadu, India. An ISO 9001 : 2015 certified organisation with a vision to service the industry with premium quality products engineered with passion.
The organisation was founded by Mr R.Selvam, a passionate engineer with strong expertise in the field of Air compressors and Heat exchangers. Since 1980’s Mr Selvam with a small workforce of 3 employees started Consulting and Servicing air compressors for major industries in southern India. Under his guidance the team started manufacturing heat exchangers, intercoolers, aftercoolers and other spare parts for all major air compressors and hence in 1990 'KAARTHIK' HEAT TRANSFER’ was formally registered as a manufacturing company. Over the last 3 decades KHT as an organisation has grown significantly with the support of our loyal customer base and passionate work force.

• R.Selvam (B.E. Mech) - CEO
Mr Selvam is the founder and CEO of the business, With over 47 years industry experience in manufacturing. Mr Selvam started his career as a Service Engineer for K.G.Khosla compressors before deciding to establish his own start up to provide quality product and service to his valued customers. Mr Selvam currently mentors the business and the next generation engineers of KHT.
• S.Venkat (B.E, M.S Adv Manufacturing) – GM (Operations)
Mr Venkat Joined the Business in June 2017 bringing with him fresher ideas and newer technology and process. Venkat holds a Masters in Advanced Manufacturing from Swinburne University in Melbourne and has varied experience working in fast paced manufacturing industry in varied roles such as Process Engineer, maintenance Engineer, Capital Projects manager, Plant Manager. Venkat Oversees all manufacturing, Engineering and Business development activities of the business.
